Good and strong and a good number. Not much to say other than I must keep focused and train

joe good work, but you must remember to do a certain amount of volume at each percentage;

for instance
65 % 15-18 reps
70% 12-15 reps
75% 10-12 reps
80% 6-8 reps
85% 4-6 reps
90% 1-3 reps

Thank you for this! Just what the doctor ordered. Should I continue to wave. For instance next week I planned on stepping back to 70% and then climbing again?

depends on how you feel. but I think you probably should go down again and do more volume on the way up before you take a heavier max.
