joe good work, but you must remember to do a certain amount of volume at each percentage;for instance 65 % 15-18 reps 70% 12-15 reps 75% 10-12 reps 80% 6-8 reps 85% 4-6 reps 90% 1-3 reps

depends on how you feel. but I think you probably should go down again and do more volume on the way up before you take a heavier max.
