wrist is still sore

Today, limited but strong

2 hand swing, 1 hand swing, clean combo
40kg, 5, 5, and 5 of each/side x 3 sets!

Military Press

40/5/5x1 Push Press

supersetted with 2 hand Swing
40kg/10x3

Good workout and gives me a chance to do more tomorrow and not overload the wrist!
