No ladder today but did an immense amount of dynamics and followed that up with line drills (forward, lateral, bounding) of all kinds. Tough on the CNS but really good work.

Really enjoy your blog. I am just beginning my use of KB's and I am pretty excited about it.
I have been meaning to ask you about your tempo runs. What you are doing (8x100, etc), is more appropriately called striders. Tempo runs are a specific workout used by competitive runners. Here are a couple of definitions.
