Joe,

just remember, short workouts are cool but in order to make progress there must be overload of some sort;i.e intensity or volume.

thats one of the problems of daily training; if you push too har on one day it makes it tough to go back in the next so sometimes there is an inadverent holding back trying to make sure you can "make" the next days training.
Just some food for thought.

say hi to Monica for me.

Yeah, just making do till the 32 and 40 arrive. In the meantime all I have is double 24 and they just do not cut it for the overload.

Thank you for the advice and hope to get the bells this next week to start to improve my strength. My conditioning is up and I feel good with my form/techniques on this approach but need those big bells

Plus, gives you good ideas for client workouts ;-)

I will say hi and hope you are doing well

joe, remember its not just absolute weight but volume of lifts and percentage of max reps you can do with the weight.and adding more acceleration forces also up the intensity.

thanks RIf, i had not thought of it in that manner.

sure, just think how intense your 5 min snatch test training was, or one min on,one min off, etc.
or 200 snatches in one session. if it's too much fun it cant be a god workout, lol.

lol...is that not the truth! I am excited to start mixing in the 32 and 40 for strength and conditioning. 200 with the 24 is a great goal and one I should be accomplishing!

Your training looks great as usually. Monica says hello and hope we can meet up soon for a cup of java or something
