Circuits

Went to Stanford to do some training and the Division I Rugby Championships were going on. So,safe to say I had a little extra motivation. Only had 25 minutes so had to move strong and quick.

Finished with 5 sets of 20 push-ups off the 24's

Good, strong, quick

Like the short, intense bouts of exercise
