Ankles
Hips
Hamstrings

Lateral Ladder Drills
1 and 2 foot sequenced including carioca, ickey shuffle, etc

Lateral Cones
Shuffle and touch x 4 sets

Joe, you are becomming the track and field athlete.

Relay anyone? There are tons of meets in northern and southern California. Up for doing one?

For sure, but not for about 6 months...need to get in form

ahhh, balony. You have plenty of speed in there. 3 months will do, at least in the beginning. I always ran myself into shape and used the early january through march meets to sprint myself into shape. Seemed to work well. Of course I was also on the track at least twice per week, and I also ran fast during practice. I must see how my back holds, up. I think in January I'll be able to run fast again,as I have another couple of months to heal the back.

You should run some 60 meter dashes with me up in long beach. They are almost every weekend from January to end of February at Long Beach State University. I usually run 2 60's for a training session. Fun stuff!

thanks Franz for the encouragement. Lets just plan to make it happen. I will keep training and right now am just strengthening my body in relationshop to these movements. Have to stay healthy, both of us ;-)

PS My acceleration is really strong just have no speed strength, speed endurance but this will develop
