A great clean sets up a great Press. Key point. Push your forearm against the bell as pressing gives lverage and greater strength

Kept the volume low. Just being smart with the Hammie and making sure to not push anything that may aggrevate the problem area. This was good and went to a point where I was strong.
NOTE: the prior workout with Rif telling me to lean forward more really helped.

And how are you feeling from your squats?
Not sure with the hammie. the area I notice is right at the orgin (insertion on Pelvic area). An uncomfortable 'soreness'. I surmise I that it is a strain.
The squats were great. Learning how to properly position myself really enabled me to get that good deep position and truly find my hips. I noticed the whole body the next couple days feeling the effects. A nice mild soreness throughout, not one particular area.
