Practicing what I preach in classes, etc

Mixed with BW Chin-up

Snatch

mixed with Seesaw Press
24/6 (per side) x3

and mixed with BW Pull-up
5x2

Just a practice day...feeling things out. Ready to roll out the official TSC plan.

so if you do one swing, one clean, one squat and one press thats five reps per side. so ten reps per REP and you did 5 REPS per arm or 50 reps/move. not bad. now add in another set of two!
