Well there Mr. Joseph Fitness, you like the pistol eh? Well how you bout you take a shot at the Beast, you cheeky bastard.

Thanks for the kind words along my Yoga quest. I took another class last night, and there were twice as many people in the room, man it was HOT. I'm of the mind that it will be awhile before I pick which style is for me. Just like anywhere else in America, there are 15 studios i can choose from around my home. I figure to check out a week at each studio and then narrow it down. I am very, very interested in it. I could feel my erectors stretch for the firxt time in months. And, as always, it is interesting to watch another instructor at work. They only way to grow is to feed yoruself eh? Glad you had a good weekend, i love SoCal.

Thanks Big Will. I took the beast on last April at the RKC but I missed the pull-up so I have to do it again. I am planning on getting me a big baby bell soon for practice.

Enjoy your evolution and the journey along the way. Hope to catch up in person
