Joe I really enjoy reading your blogs, they are very motivational, I just started getting into k-bells and cannot for the live of me figure out some of the sets your list on your blog like 24/5/5x1 Iam not sure what that middle number represents I was hoping you could clue me in, THX and keep up the good work
Thank you for the kind words Chris. It is always a pleasure to know that my blog, etc is motivational
24kg weight 5/5: 5 reps on my left and right side x1: 1 Set
Sometimes I leave out what exactly I do for warm-up. Usually a set or so light and then into the big stuff.
Also, I do joint mobility daily some days more extensive than others but rarely do I miss a day
Continued success and if you need any direction with the KBs please let me know. You will notice that I have an extensive collection of fantastic trainers/kettlebellers listed on the blog
