How is the sprinting going? Is it cold up there?
Yes it has been cold. So, I have not been doing the sprint work partly because I had a cold and I did not want to wwwear myself out and partly because my hammie was acting up and I wanted to stay focused on the taming the beast in Feb. But once things settle down I plan to start a consistent 2 to 3 day a week program. I am still hitting my tempo runs here.
Nice. Heal up and hopefully Yoana, I and the baby will see you at the February RKC up in your neck of the woods. We want to go up there and hang out a bit, and also watch Keats go through the certification!
