Josh and I hit it again today with some plyo, agility and conditioning drills

Dynamic Warm-ups(various drills)

Plyos
single leg step jumps
3 sets of 10 seconds

Double Leg Step Jumps:
3 sets of 10 seconds

Box Jumps (24inches):
3 sets of 10

Depth Jumps withTuck
3 sets of 5

Split Jumps (lunge)
3 sets of 8/leg

Lateral Jumps single leg
3 sets of 5/leg

T-Drill
4 reps

Box Drills
4 reps

Shuttle Runs
2 reps

Liners (300 yards)
4 reps
