Ever Evolving Plan

Decision and choices need to be made and with my Yoga Teacher Training around the corner I want to focus on preparing for the certification and combine it with Kettlebells and Budokon. So here is my plan for the next month.

Today's Workout (all double kettlebells)

One week single bells, the next double bells

Wednesdays
Clean and Press
Squat (KB's)
Pull-up (BW)

Again split weeks with SIngles and Double Bells

Friday
TGU
Swing
Pull-up (weighted)

Again split weeks with Singles and Double Bells


YOGA:
T/TH/SAT Full Yoga classes
M/W/F: Self practice of 30 minutes

Budokon Practice:
up to 30 minutes a day/6 days/week
